Locked myself out after changing the cylinder. Called Nova, Alex got to the house soon after I called, yadda yadda yadda, I'm back in my home. Quick, easy, friendly. I hope to never need Nova again, but I'd recommend Nova to anyone.

I needed new keys. Art took care of me and did great work. He was friendly, quick, and efficient. I read some of the negative reviews and I think some others might have had problems due to his hearing issues. It is difficulty for him, especially with facemasks making difficult for him to read lips. He was great and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Called to ask questions about a key. TERRIBLE PHONE ETIQUETTE. Will never call there again. Whoever answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me twice. Hopefully everyone else there is more helpful.

I had an emergency with my son sick and in the chaos I locked us out of the house. I called a bunch of places that were booked and couldn't help until the next day. New to California and I have no family or friends in the area and was panicked. Doug came right away, quickly let me inside and even made me a spare key to prevent future lockouts. He was so kind, professional and a breath of fresh air on these crazy covid days we are living. I really appreciate his kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for a mother in need.
